Where does the contact data come from?

Organization names, types and addresses come from public records like OpenStreetMap. Phone numbers and emails come from the business website or a contact-lookup provider. Every fact shows its source.

Yes. Free accounts can search up to 25 times per day, save prospects, build lists, take notes, track outreach, and share an inquiry link. Contact lookups require a subscription.

A lookup costs 5 credits if it finds a new phone and email, 2 credits for other new information, and 0 credits if nothing new is found. Subscribers get 100 credits per month included. Credit packs can be purchased separately and never expire.

Is this a lead list I'm buying?

No. RingBellz is a prospecting tool. You search public records, save the prospects you choose, and look up contacts on demand. You are not buying a pre-made list — you are finding and qualifying your own opportunities.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, including your name, email, and company details. We also collect prospect data you save and inquiry submissions received through your inquiry link.

Prospect data

Organization names, types, and addresses displayed in RingBellz come from public records such as OpenStreetMap. Contact details (phone, email) are sourced from business websites or contact-lookup providers. Each fact is labeled with its source.

Providers we share data with

To provide contact lookups, geocoding, and payments, we share data with the following providers:

Hunter.io — email discovery and verification.
Enrich.so — contact and business data enrichment, including phone lookup.
People Data Labs — contact and business data enrichment.
Geoapify / OpenStreetMap — geocoding, location search, and business listings. Business data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
Twilio — phone number validation and lookup.
Base44 Payments (powered by Wix) — processes subscription and credit pack payments. Your card details are handled by Wix's payment infrastructure; RingBellz never sees or stores your full card number.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing the data they process. We share only the minimum data needed to perform each function.

Data retention

Your saved prospects, notes, and outreach records are retained while your account is active. You may delete your data at any time by removing individual records or closing your account.

Your rights and data removal

To delete your account and data, email support@abundance-consultants.com. We'll process your request promptly. This includes your account details, saved prospects, notes, outreach records, and inquiry submissions. We will confirm once your data has been removed.
